Success ensures high-impact campaigns and robust CRM enhancements.**Must have skills**• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and customer segmentation; SF Data cloud • Hands on experience with SSJS, SQL and configuring complex solutions, along with integrations - OOTB with Salesforce and custom with tech stacks such as AWS • Experience in designing scalable personalization solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**Good to have skills**Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management. Familiarity with additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator). Knowledge of AMPscript for advanced email personalization.
