Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Associate Technical Architect to guide design and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for customer data initiatives.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, lead a team of developers, and collaborate with enterprise architects and marketing stakeholders to ensure governance, data quality, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud data ingestion, unification and activation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components MCP, Journey Builder and Interaction Studio.
• Experience designing and reviewing data models for customer data platforms.
• Experience with Einstein and with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and designs.
• Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors.
• Strong SQL, Python or JavaScript skills for data manipulation.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering with quality.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, consent management and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data/integration issues across platforms.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards.
• Support audience creation, segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement.

Job description

Associate Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Associate Technical Architect to lead the design and development of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), or other Salesforce clouds, and will have transitioned into working hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing data models, and leading a team of developers to ensure successful delivery. The Associate Technical Architect will work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and marketing stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio
• Experience in designing and reviewing data models for customer data platforms
• Experience with Einstein
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization
• Client-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies

Education Qualification

Bachelors in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science, Data, IT. Graduates from other fields with good communication and analytical skills.
