Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Associate Team Manager to join our real estate team.

The role combines calling and team management. You will make calls while also managing, guiding, and monitoring the calling team.

The first three months will be a probation period. Continuation in the role will be based on performance, leadership, communication, and overall suitability for the position.
