Job summary

Outscale Partners is hiring for a billing/finance support role in India. You will review daily submissions, validate backups, and manage timely payments to employees and contractors while ensuring accurate timekeeping and pay scales.

The position requires basic billing experience and platform knowledge, with strong communication and analytical abilities. Initial 3 months from office, then hybrid work arrangement, cab facility, and medical insurance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily work submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify that backup materials (photos and documents) are accurate and properly submitted.
• Ensure payments for production activities are executed on the scheduled dates.
• Verify customer funding approvals prior to issuing payments to employees and contractors.
• Audit employee log-in and log-out times to maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Maintain pay scales and keep records updated.
• Coordinate with Invoicing Clerks to validate data for invoices.
• Assist with payroll deductions, manual recalculations, and corrections as needed.
• Support payroll-related reviews with the payroll department, focusing on hourly compensation metrics.
• Maintain organized records of all daily reports.

• Shift Timing: Rotational - Night Shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM and follows day light saving as per US time zone).

• Daily Work Verification: Review and validate daily work submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Backup and Documentation Review: Confirm that all required backup materials, including photographs and supporting documents, are accurate and properly submitted.
• Payment Scheduling: Ensure payments for production activities are executed on the correct scheduled dates.
• Funding Confirmation: Verify that customer funding approvals have been received prior to issuing payments to employees and contractors. Assist in auditing employee log-in and log-out times to maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Pay Scale Management: Ensure employee and contractor pay scales are correctly entered, updated, and maintained.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and accurate records of all daily reports submitted.
• Invoicing Coordination: Collaborate with Invoicing Clerks to validate data required for accurate and timely invoices. Provide assistance to regarding any payment-related requirements or clarifications.
• Payroll Adjustments: Prepare, submit payroll deductions, manual recalculations, and corrections as needed.
• Production Review Support: Work with the payroll department to review employee production metrics related to hourly compensation
