Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Stores & Inventory Supervisor to oversee aviation spares storage and distribution operations.

You will lead stores administration, manage receipt/inspection, issue, and dispatch, ensure compliance with MOE/RSQCM, monitor shelf-life, conduct stock audits, and uphold safety standards.

This role requires coordinating with repair agencies and customers to minimize delays and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective administration of the Stores Department.
• Allocate duties and responsibilities to subordinate staff.
• Ensure continuous training of Stores personnel as per the annual training plan.
• Manage receipt, inspection and storage of aircraft spares as per manufacturers storage recommendations.
• Ensure goods are properly received and moved to the designated storage area.
• Issue spares/materials against authorised material requests.
• Ensure timely dispatch of spares and materials to customers and repair agencies.
• Minimise delays in material issue and dispatch.
• Manage storage and accounting of serviceable and unserviceable spares.
• Ensure unserviceable components removed from aircraft are dispatched to customers or routed to repair agencies.
• Ensure returns are completed without discrepancies.
• Monitor shelf-life control activities.
• Ensure shelf-life items are issued before their expiry.
• Generate and execute the Stock Audit Plan at prescribed intervals.
• Maintain minimum discrepancies during stock audits.
• Ensure procedures and requirements specified in MOE / RSQCM and Level II documents are followed.
• Ensure all relevant records are properly maintained.
• Monitor audit findings and compliance.
• Conduct supervisory checks of the storage area.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Stores/Storage area.
• Monitor Stores personnel's adherence to industrial safety regulations and practices.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with the Safety Management System.
