Job summary

Randstad Nederland is seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator in Hyderabad to manage candidate documentation, contracts, and compliance reporting. You’ll coordinate background checks, ensure right-to-work validation, and maintain trackers while supporting onboarding for large client accounts.

You will handle escalations related to documentation, keep systems updated for audits, and train junior staff to follow established processes, ensuring smooth delivery with recruiters and client
