Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to conduct initial outreach, review resumes, and perform early assessments for operational roles across logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.

You will reach out to passive and active candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person, and you will monitor salary trends and industry hiring practices to stay competitive.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of opportunities and assessing interest for short-term and long-term operational roles.
• Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates meeting job qualifications and culture fit for available operational roles.
• Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct in-person interactions for short-term opportunities.
• Performs regular market analysis on contingent workers and staffing to stay informed on availability, salary trends, and hiring practices.
• Participates in recruitment-related projects such as internships or job fairs for logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Addresses issues arising during the recruitment process and supports actions for improvement.

• Participates in recruitment-related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Addresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement
