• Contributes to setting the performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring workload and progress.
• Drives initiatives to improve candidate feedback mechanisms, ensuring the recruitment process is responsive to candidate needs.
• Provides guidance to the team on the design of accurate job descriptions reflecting role requirements and culture.
• Partners with industry associations and local events to engage contingent workers in logistics, industrial, and other ops roles.
• Implements advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
• Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers, identifying bottlenecks and reducing time-to-hire.
• Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment for greater efficiency.

• Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Operational Talent Solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
• Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
• Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within Operational Talent Solutions
