Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in advanced Aruba routing and switching configurations, VLAN design, and routing protocols.
• Experience managing Checkpoint Firewall deployments, including security policies and VPN configuration.
• Knowledge of Aruba WLAN deployment models, RF optimization and troubleshooting.
• Aware of Aruba ClearPass integration, endpoint profiling for secure access control.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicates clearly and professionally across levels and coordinates issue resolution.
• Works efficiently within cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination during incident handling.
• Handles escalations with detailed analysis, relevant logs, and observations to expedite resolution.
• Supervises junior staff, ensures delivery quality and adherence to standards, and supports onboarding.
• Provides second-level support and day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
