Qualifications

• Any Graduate is required.
• Proven knowledge of F5 NLB, WebApp Firewall, and Cisco R&S.
• Experience with Netscaler is a plus.
• Certification in F5 technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot F5 NLB to support reliable network operations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Web Application Firewall policies for secure application delivery.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing and Switching concepts.
• Assist in Netscaler operations for application delivery and load balancing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels; support issue resolution with logs and observations.
• Supervise junior staff, ensure delivery quality and onboarding support.
• Provide second-level support and guidance to improve first-time resolution.
