Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in Gurgaon, India seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and own technical solutions on the ITSM/CSM modules. The role involves administration, development, maintenance and support across ITIL processes, with scripting in JavaScript and REST API integrations.

Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science and ServiceNow ITSM/CSM experience; additional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ITIL ITSM processes across incidents, requests, problems, changes and configuration management.
• Creation or modification of ITSM components and related toolset elements.
• Scripting and development including business rules, UI policies, REST/SOAP integrations, and report development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM/CSM module.
• Provide administration, application development, maintenance and technical support.
• Write scripts and ensure data loading via Import Sets and data sources.
• Work on REST API integrations and scoped apps and knowledge management.

Overview

Role Summary:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience across ServiceNow Design and Development.

Skills – ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, Integrations, Portals, JavaScript

1. Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas

2. Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components

3. Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map

4. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support

5. Communication & Documentation

6. Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience

Qualifications

Qualifications & Certifications:

• IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
• ServiceNow CSM + ITSM + 1 other product like ITAM, ITOM etc.
