Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources, a core part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer. You will design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM/CSM module, focusing on ITSM/CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, and integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and UI scripting.

You will administer, develop, maintain and provide technical support, while documenting solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
• Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components
• Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map
• The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module.
• Communication & Documentation
• Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience

Overview

Role Summary:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience across ServiceNow Design and Development.

Skills – ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, Integrations, Portals, JavaScript

Qualifications

Qualifications & Certifications:

• IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
• ServiceNow CSM + ITSM + 1 other product like ITAM, ITOM etc.
