Job summary

Hero Fincorp Ltd. in Delhi seeks an Associate for SCF Disbursement to manage end-to-end disbursement processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal teams. You will oversee document validation, SOP adherence, and monthly reconciliations, while driving process improvements and training staff.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office; Finnone/SFDC familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate education required.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same industry.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, regulatory and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; experience with Finnone and SFDC preferred.

• Own end-to-end SCF Disbursement: login, NDC handling, processing, OTC/PDD updates and documentation compliance.
• Verify documents per checklist and anchor product notes from underwriting file.
• Work with digitally executed documents, including validation checks and controls.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal teams for smooth disbursals and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements to reduce TAT and train Sales and Credit on updated procedures.

Job Title: Associate - SCF Disbursement

Department: Corporate and SME Operations

Job Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks for Centralised Operations Hub
• End-to-end ownership of the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Disbursement vertical including, Operations login, NDC handling, disbursement processing, OTC/PDD updates and documentation compliance, Strict adherence to KYC & AML guidelines, etc
• Check all the required documents as per checklist and Anchor product note available in the file received from the sales team post underwriting
• Well-versed in digitally executed documents, including compliance requirements, validation checks, and operational controls.
• Responsible to share details along with relevant documents with loan onboarding team for limit setting
• Responsible for accurate system entry and monthly reconciliation of all disbursed files from aligned branches
• Facilitate seamless coordination with Sales, Credit, and Legal teams for smooth disbursals
• Drive process reengineering initiatives to improve TAT (Turnaround Time) and conduct training sessions for Sales, and Credit teams on updated procedures
• Ensures all disbursement related MIS are prepared at the time of disbursal with no errors and maintained for future reference or any audit requirement
• Manage timely dispatch of files and collateral documents to CPU as per SOPs
• Oversee proper filing of documents in designated envelopes, maintaining required quality standards
• Handle Insurance forms and communication with CPU for insurance release within defined TAT
• Drive quality assurance for PDDs and OTCs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely knock-off at local & HO level
• Manage timely CERSAI charge creation (Maker) on all eligible cases as per defined TAT
• Manage timely ROC charge creation (Maker) on all eligible cases as per defined TAT
• Take full accountability for audit findings, propose and implement corrective measures promptly
• Coordinate regularly with Central Operations to address daily needs and align on strategic directives

• Proven experience in people management, including mentoring and performance monitoring
• Proficient in operational systems and tools; experience with LOS/LMS platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive efficiency through process improvements
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Power Point and System (Finnone & SFDC preferably)
