Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and MSME loan portfolio at the branch level.

The role emphasizes dealer engagement, channel partnerships, and self-sourced customer acquisition to meet targets. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage loan portfolios with timely servicing and repayments, and coordinate with Anchor teams to convert leads into business.

Qualificações

• 4 to 9 years in sales of SCF or working capital products.
• Predominantly sales with some credit experience.
• Ability to drive sales performance and manage SCF loan customers at Branch level.
• Engage with dealers and Anchor colleagues.
• Plan and execute Marketing and Sales promotions for MSME loans.
• Awareness about liabilities, insurance and loan products.
• Speak/read regional languages; English communication desirable.
• Focus on customer acquisition of SCF Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, PID/SID.
• Self-sourcing of potential customers as per policy.
• Build relationships with Anchor team to get leads and conversions.
• Work with channel partners (DSA, DMA, LSP, BC or BF) to grow volumes.
• Coordinate with team for disbursement and achieve targets.
• Take ownership of portfolio and ensure timely servicing, repayments, renewals.
• Focus on customer service, invoice processing, collection of overdue amounts.

• 4 to 9 years in sales of SCF or working capital products. Mixed experience of Sales + Credit is acceptable but should be predominantly in sales.

Ability to drive sales performance. Will be required to manage customers of SCF loan at Branch level.

• Ability to engage with dealers, colleagues of Anchor.
• Plan & execute Marketing and Sales promotion for MSME loans
• Awareness about different Liabilities, Insurance and loan products.
• Ability to speak and read regional language(s)- is desirable. Ability to communicate in English.
• Focused customer acquisition of Supply Chain Finance Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, PID/SID customers for Facility.
• Self-Sourcing of potential customers as per policy,
• Focus on building relationship with Anchor team to get leads and conversion.
• Work with channel partners like DSA, DMA, LSP, BC or BF to grow business volumes across products.
• Coordinate with team for disbursement and work effectively for achieving assigned business targets.
• Take full ownership of portfolio and ensure timely interest servicing, repayment of tranches, renewal etc.
• Focus on customer service, invoice processing, collection of overdue amounts.
