Job summary

MyHQ is seeking a highly organized Sales Backend Operations Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role supports the sales process with accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting.

You will manage contracts, serve as a primary client contact for backend operations, and perform KYC verification to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience in a sales backend operations or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales documentation and maintain organized records.
• Prepare, process, and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and for.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding backend operational matters. Investigate and resolve client grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
• Conduct thorough KYC verification for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
