Myhq in Gurgaon is seeking an Associate- Sales Operation to organize sales workflows and support the sales team with documentation, data entry, reporting, and scheduling. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities include managing contracts and client communications, resolving backend issues and grievances promptly, and ensuring compliance through KYC checks for new and existing clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales backend operations or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
