Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a resource management analyst with 2-5 years post-qualification experience to own daily resourcing reports and maintain data quality.

You will collaborate with CoE Analytics, support planning and demand fulfilment for RC and RM, and contribute to shorter-term and longer-term forecasting.

The role emphasizes scheduling, headcount forecasting accuracy, and adoption of competency and CV repositories to drive staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Preferably on resource management, scheduling and staffing concepts.
• Exposure of short term and long-term resource planning would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce respective resourcing reports as per the set delivery time lines on a daily basis.
• Ensure consistency and quality with key resourcing reports like resource availability, Engagement reports, RVA, Clash resolution, bench availability reports etc
• Weekly performance comparison of the service line with the forecast and actuals
• Further research on producing summary of root causes of performance impacted areas
• Follow up of variances, driving greater retain/profinda adoption compliance and escalating issues to Resource Deployment Lead
• Seek Guidance from the CoE Analytics team for any strategic/critical reporting requests
• Support the RC and RM’s with Resourcing insights for planning and demand fulfilment
• Help in scheduling/forecasting
• Ensure Headcount Forecaster accuracy
• Support the adoption and increased use of competency, skills and CV repositories including My Competency and Discover
• Support with mandatory training requirements for client teams
