• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand the unique requirements of each position, including job roles, expectations, and cultural fit, to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records by logging all relevant information in ATS and other databases, while ensuring timely updates across trackers and reports.
• Proactively anticipate hiring needs by sourcing potential candidates in advance and leveraging recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies continuously and overall hiring efficiency.
