Synectics invites applications for an Associate Recruiter (Legal) based in Chennai. You will source, screen and place legal professionals for US staffing and corporate clients, coordinating with hiring managers and leveraging major job portals.

Fresher's are welcome; law graduates can apply. Work timings are 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST with fixed weekends. Salary range 3.6–4 LPA plus incentives up to 24 Lakh; growth opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for legal roles across law firms, corporate legal departments, and allied organizations.
• Screen and place legal talent from paralegals to attorneys and legal executives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through databases and professional networks (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
• Use creative sourcing to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments, Government agencies and other organizations that require Legal expertise.
• Legal Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening and placing Legal talent from Paralegals and Legal assistants to Attorneys and Legal executives.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media platforms, and other professional networks.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline through the Application Tracking System.
