Job summary

Masters’ Union is seeking a Program Manager for the Undergraduate Programme in Data Science & AI in Gurgaon. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution of academic initiatives, manage faculty relations, and oversee program operations to enhance student learning experiences.

You will engage with stakeholders, design engagement content, and help ensure curriculum delivery aligns with industry needs. A background in higher education and Delhi-NCR exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the higher-ed space.
• Experience preferred from Delhi-NCR colleges.
• Ability to craft persuasive narratives and communications.
• Adaptable, owning responsibilities with diligence and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline and conduct academic and practitioner outreach for the MU Undergraduate Programme in Data Science & AI.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and course expectations.
• Maintain trackers, monitor course schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Foster relationships with instructors and coordinate between departments.
• Design emails and content to drive engagement.
• Collect feedback on faculty and drive program enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with faculty on data science and AI course relevance.

About the Role

As a Program Manager for the Undergraduate Programme, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of academic initiatives in Data Science & AI. The role involves managing faculty relationships, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing program operations, and enhancing student learning experiences. You will play a key role in curriculum delivery, engagement initiatives, and continuous program improvement while ensuring seamless execution of academic and industry-led learning experiences.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Building a pipeline and conduct academic and practitioner outreach for the MU Undergraduate Programme in Data Science & AI
• Engaging with key stakeholders to understand and address their needs and course expectations effectively
• Maintaining trackers, and monitor course schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure program alignment
• Fostering strong relationships with all instructors and serve as the primary POC between various departments
• Designing compelling emails and content to drive engagement and interest in the courses
• Collecting feedback on faculty performance and implement enhancements to improve program effectiveness
• Possessing working knowledge of data science, AI, and related fields to communicate effectively with faculty and evaluate course relevance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in the higher-ed space with a preference for someone who’s studied in Delhi-NCR colleges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive narratives
• Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment
