Dashverse is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of content and business initiatives across Content, Creative, Production, Product, Growth and Leadership teams. You will translate priorities into structured programs, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.

• Plan & Execute: Drive end-to-end execution of programs, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate: Work with Content, Creative, Production, Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.
• Track & Monitor: Maintain program trackers, identify risks and bottlenecks, ensure timely resolution.
• Improve Processes: Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes to increase efficiency.
• Drive Accountability: Establish clear ownership, follow-ups, and operating rhythms across teams.
• Report & Analyse: Track key metrics, prepare program updates, and provide actionable insights.
• Problem-Solve: Anticipate challenges and keep programs on track.
