About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our creative team. As a Producer, you will own the entire video content production workflow, right from scripting and character visualization to the final video creation.

Your Part

• Content Lifecycle Management: Own the complete content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, character visualization, image and video asset creation, final video creation and quality check of the content.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to create the best quality content
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the company’s high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.
• Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

Mandatory Skills

• Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender and/or Maya
• 3D understanding for character or prop workflows (even basic)
• Experience with multiple creative or AI software tools (hands-on exposure preferred)
