Dashverse in Bengaluru, India seeks an Operations-focused Production Manager (AI Content - Partner & Agencies) to own end-to-end production across multiple shows with partner agencies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and output quality.

You will collaborate with Creative Producers, Art Leads, Animation Leads, and Post teams, drive daily operations, manage risk, and enforce SOPs to scale the business in a fast-moving AI-first environment.

About The Role

As a Production Manager (AI Content - Partner & Agencies), you will own the end-to-end execution of multiple AI micro-drama shows. You will be the operational glue between Dashverse production and partner agencies, ensuring timelines are met, dependencies are managed, and output quality remains consistently high. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of creative execution and operational excellence in a fast-moving AI-first environment.

Your Part

• Own End-to-End Production Execution: Plan and manage production timelines across agencies for multiple ongoing shows.
• Drive Daily Operations: Own day-to-day execution including task allocation, progress tracking, bottleneck resolution, and timely escalations to ensure smooth delivery, working with internal creative teams as well as reporting production coordinators
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Producers, Art Leads, Animation Leads, and Post teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure Quality & Process Discipline: Enforce SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks across all production stages to maintain consistency and scale.
• Optimize agency Utilisation: Drive work assignment between internal and agency teams as well as ensure sharing and communication of best practices to ensure smooth delivery of shows as per cost and timelines.
• Proactively Solve Risks: Identify delays, risks, or dependency issues early and solve them operationally to keep shows on track.

Skills & Experience

• An Operations-First Producer: You bring 4–7 years of experience in content, media, animation, or production operations, with a strong grasp of execution at scale.
• A Strong Cross-Functional Leader: You’re experienced in managing multiple teams and stakeholders while handling tight timelines and high output expectations.
• Comfortable with AI Workflows: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving, AI-driven production environments and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
