Job summary

PinnacleU is seeking a program manager to lead end-to-end management of student initiatives and academic projects at its campus in Gurugram. You will oversee program timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality student experiences.

The role requires a proactive mindset, strong project-management skills, and excellent communication to engage students, clubs, and alumni, while coordinating events and campus activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for various student initiatives and academic projects.
  • Implement processes and best practices for managing student-related projects and initiatives efficiently.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and performance indicators related to student welfare, community engagement, and event outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage students in both academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Address student concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues related to academic life, student well-being, and campus facilities
  • Work with various student-led clubs, committees, and societies to ensure diverse opportunities for involvement.
  • Organize social, cultural, and professional events to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and teamwork.
  • Develop and maintain a strong alumni network to ensure continuous engagement and support.

Work Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Experience Required: 2-8 years
