Associate Product Manager

You will have a direct impact on redefining the Health Benefits Programs in the Indian corporate landscape. This is a vast and complex domain and will involve solving challenges in our core primary care services, insurance, and broker-related services, user engagement, and gamification. You'll work as part of a high-energy team and interact with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth, marketing, category, finance, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving employee, employer, and partner problems that are aligned with Visit’s business goals.
• Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their success, and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across Visit as required.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap derived from employee, employer, and partner feedback and Visit business strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a product or product-adjacent role like tech, design, growth, strategy.
• Prior startup experience.
• Candidate should have experience in E-Commerce.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
