Job description

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. You’ll manage collaborative decision-making, validate feature assumptions, and ensure product delivery meets both current and future demands. You’ll work across teams to translate complex problems into scalable, user-friendly solutions while building trust with clients through informed, data-backed decisions.

About the role
Product Decision-Making & Problem Solving

Run 360 degree problem analysis: define the problem, map solutions, surface edge cases, and secure cross‑team alignment.

Balance user feedback with business needs to decide what to build and when.

Validate before scale: test assumptions with data deep-dives, future‑impact analysis, and small pilots.

Measure & reduce friction: use SQL and dashboards plus UAT, and NPS to track adoption, defects, and revenue impact and drive UX fixes.

Prioritize ruthlessly, apply RICE / effort-impact frameworks and weigh company priorities, revenue urgency, and market signals.

Client Interaction & Negotiation

Lead enterprise client discussions for key decisions, onboarding prep/reviews, and high‑value escalations.

Apply negotiation skills to manage requests – saying “no” when necessary with data‑backed reasoning.

Commit to futuristic builds where relevant, ensuring client confidence without overpromising.

Delivery & Execution

Oversee sprint deliverables, backlog hygiene, and SOP documentation.

Guide analysts to ensure quality outputs aligned with product priorities.

Maintain team sanity by evaluating user‑friendliness and forward‑compatibility of releases.

Manages feedback, bugs, and roadmap shifts; leads enterprise UATs to validate features pre‑launch.

Collaboration
  • Drive collaborative decisions with CST, Tech, Design, and Sales on features, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coaches L1/L2 peers on scoping, validation, and delivery.
  • Partners with Tech, CS, and QA to deliver high-quality features on schedule‑planning cadences.
  • Interfaces with CS for onboarding, system integrations and issue resolution.
  • Leads grooming sessions and async collaboration with Tech/QA.
  • Shadows sales calls to gain market context.
  • Prepares client demos, presentations, and reviews with CS/PMs.
AI & Tool Adoption

Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Replit, Mail verification tools) into daily workflows for research, UI iteration, and automation.

Continuously experiments with new tools and methods to boost delivery speed, automate workflows, build reusable systems, and enhance decision quality.

Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years product experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving foundation.
  • Shapes features through early discovery and data‑driven feedback loops (UATs, demos).
  • Resolves product escalations and supports CS independently.
  • Drives adoption with scalable, reusable solutions.
  • Flags scope drift, blockers, and inefficiencies early.
  • Makes trade‑off calls, employing internal frameworks, during onboarding and prioritizes using urgency, impact, and revenue lenses.
