We are looking for Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager to own high-impact problem spaces across consumer experiences, supply chain, fulfilment, diagnostics, healthcare services, enterprise solutions, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning and shipping products in consumer internet, marketplaces, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, healthcare, fintech, or technology-led businesses.
• Demonstrated ownership of business-critical initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong product thinking with ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Experience defining product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

We are looking for Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager to join Product organization and own high-impact problem spaces across consumer experiences, supply chain, fulfilment, diagnostics, healthcare services, enterprise solutions, and platform capabilities.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, business, and leadership teams to solve complex problems at scale.

We expect Product Managers to actively leverage AI, automation, agents, and modern tooling both in the products they build and in their day-to-day workflows to accelerate decision-making, experimentation, and execution.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Execution

• Own a product area end-to-end, from problem discovery and opportunity sizing to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation to scaled rollout.

Customer & Business Impact

• Deeply understand customer needs, operational challenges, and business priorities.
• Build products that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, growth, reliability, or profitability.
• Define and own key product metrics and continuously drive measurable improvements.

AI & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and agentic workflows into products and internal processes.
• Leverage AI tools extensively for product discovery, analysis, documentation, experimentation, and execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical business applications.

Data & Experimentation

• Use data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and prioritize investments.
• Design and run experiments, A/B tests, and pilot programs.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Quality, Business, and Customer Experience.
• Build alignment across stakeholders while maintaining execution velocity.
• Drive decision-making through structured communication and data-backed recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning and shipping products in consumer internet, marketplaces, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, healthcare, fintech, or technology-led businesses.
• Demonstrated ownership of business-critical initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Experience defining product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
• Experience building AI-powered products and/or leveraging AI extensively in product workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks is a strong advantage.
