Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer for ServiceNow with 9+ years of experience to lead global ServiceNow initiatives across regions in South Asia. You will design, implement, and optimize ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping solutions, and drive integrations with enterprise systems.

The role requires strong architecture understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within a dynamic, non-hierarchical culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9+ years in ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on with designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Experience in ITSM/ITOM implementation and CMDB management.
• Exposure to SPM, GRC, or HRSD modules preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 9+years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Integrations
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions
• Experience in CMDB management and Service Mapping implementation
• Experience in other ServiceNow modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD
• ITIL knowledge is preferred
• ServiceNow certification in any module is preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in developing technical solutions and performing integration testing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications
• Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design
• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documents
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
• Support CMDB implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities
• Implement and support Service Mapping solutions
• Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations
