Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Staff Engineer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions. You will implement alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction while integrating with enterprise monitoring tools to support ITOM workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5.5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong design and communication skills, and a track record of delivering scalable IT operations solutions in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5.5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
• Hands-on design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring/observability tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
• Strong understanding of ITOM processes and best practices.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical apps and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management, including alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITOM solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security.
• Participate in design and code reviews and provide technical recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 5.5+ years
