Job summary

Nagarro is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead ITAM/HAM/ITSM implementations and integrations across global locations. You will design, develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business needs into scalable technical designs.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, certified in SPM, and strong stakeholder management. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, scalable digital engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, ITSM and Integrations.
• Hands-on in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Asset Management, ITOM or CSM knowledge with ITIL awareness.
• ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to implement solutions across global locations.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
• Translate business needs into standardized processes and solution design.
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Execute integration tests and ensure quality delivery; configure apps per requirements.
• Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions and scripting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects; troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to best practices and drive continuous improvement; participate in design reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 7+ years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM,ITSM, and Integrations
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations
• Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices
• Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge
• ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory
