Rishihood University is India's first national transformation university, empowering students with entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. We are seeking a results-oriented marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will leverage AI tools for faster creative production, build precise audience segments, and manage budgets to maximize cost-per-lead efficiency.

Competenze

• 2-4 years running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with measurable results.
• Comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, and basic dashboarding.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, AI creative and copy generators, automation and analytics assistants) to speed up creative production, ad copy iteration, audience research, reporting, and campaign analysis.

Build audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to maximise campaign efficiency.

Manage budgets and bidding to hit target cost-per-lead without sacrificing volume.

Experiment with emerging channels: Hotstar, Reddit, Quora, Snapchat, WhatsApp, newsletter ads and decide what's worth scaling

Set up and maintain UTM tracking and a live dashboard for cost and performance by channel

Build retargeting audiences from our organic and influencer content.

Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and why

Requirements

2-4 years running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with real budgets and real numbers to show for it

Comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, and basic dashboarding

Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable growth in lead generation, customer acquisition, or revenue.

Curious about newer/less-obvious ad platforms and willing to test them properly, not just dabble

Can explain why a campaign is or isn't working, not just report the metrics. Highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Bonus: experience in education, ed-tech, or high-consideration purchase categories
