Job summary

ConveGenius Group is seeking a detail-oriented field operations professional to manage end-to-end digital learning labs across schools in India. You will coordinate with vendors, oversee logistics, ensure timely lab setup, and support on-ground execution with internal teams while maintaining quality standards.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of field operations experience, with strong planning, communication skills in Hindi and English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of field operations experience, preferably with coordination responsibilities.
• Experience in a start-up or fast-moving operational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end field operations for digital learning labs across India.
• Coordinated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware and lab setup.
• Handled on-ground coordination with school authorities and internal teams.
• Ensured lab readiness including electrical setup, furniture, networking, and printing.
• Created documentation, checklists and SOPs for field processes.
• Prepared lab readiness reports highlighting installation status and gaps.

• Provided on-ground support through ticketing to resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Maintained follow-ups with vendors and logistics to close tasks on time.
• Ensured adherence to project timelines and reporting requirements.

A detail-oriented professional responsible for managing end-to-end field operations for digital learning projects across schools. Coordinates with vendors, oversees logistics, and ensures timely setup of digital labs with high-quality standards. Supports on-ground execution, reporting, and process optimization. Collaborates with internal teams and Vendors to drive smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end field operations for digital learning labs in government and private schools across India.
• Identified, and coordinated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware, infrastructure, and accessories required for lab setup.
• Handle on-ground coordination with school authorities & Internal teams, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and readiness of digital labs.
• Conducted site assessments and ensured all lab components (electrical setup, furniture, networking, Printing) met required standards before deployment.
• Created detailed documentation, checklists, and operational SOPs for lab readiness and field processes.
• Prepared and shared lab readiness reports, highlighting installation status, gaps, and action recommendations.
• Coordination with external agencies for large-scale implementation across multiple districts and states.
• Provided on-ground support through ticketing system to resolve issues for related to hardware, connectivity, and operational challenges.
• Maintained consistent follow-ups with vendors, logistics providers, and school teams to ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Ensured compliance with project timelines, operational standards, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinating with vendors for printing, paper, and packaging, and ensuring state wise, district-wise, and block-wise alignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant field operations experience, preferably with some coordination or associate level responsibilities.

Must-have skills:

• Familiarity with field operations and strong planning skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to connect and coordinate effectively with diverse Internal & External team .
• Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-Project environment while meeting timelines independently.
• Flexible, proactive, and responsive to dynamic organizational needs.
• Prior experience in a start-up or fast-moving operational environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
