Job summary

ConveGenius Group is seeking field-based Education Facilitators in Uttarakhand to conduct school visits, monitor learning programs, and provide tech support for PAL software. You will engage with schools, observe classrooms, and collect data to improve program impact.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in education or field programs, and comfort with digital tools. Local transport is preferred for field mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in education or field program implementation preferred.
• Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC.
• Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily school visits to implement and monitor the learning programs.
• Observe classroom interactions to identify student learning levels and engagement patterns.
• Provide technical support to schools in managing student profiles, assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Support students in using the AI-powered PAL software, ensuring regular utilisation of the PAL Lab during school hours.
• Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report data to ensure evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
• Documentation of ground stories in the form of Case studies and Success stories.

• Conduct daily school visits to implement and monitor the learning programs being implemented in the intervention schools.
• Observe classroom interactions closely to identify student learning levels, engagement patterns, and grouping needs.
• Provide technical support to the schools in managing students profiles, conducting assessments and technical troubleshooting.
• Support students in using the AI-powered PAL software , ensuring regular and optimal utilisation of the PAL Lab during school hours.
• Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report data to ensure evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
• Documentation of ground stories in the form of Case studies and Success stories.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Technology Orientation – Comfort with using learning platforms, conducting basic data analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and facilitating tech-driven interventions.
• Interest in Learning Pedagogy – Genuine curiosity about how students learn and how technology can enhance those outcomes.
• Strong Observation Skills – Ability to keenly watch classroom dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Mentoring Mindset – Readiness to coach students and teachers, and openness to receiving feedback for self-improvement.
• Negotiation and Relationship-Building – Comfort in engaging with multiple stakeholders at the school level.

Self-Discipline and Planning – Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet weekly and monthly goals.
