Job summary

ConveGenius is recruiting for a field-based role in Uttar Pradesh to support the SwiftPAL platform and district-wide deployment of educational technology across schools. You will observe classroom dynamics, mentor teachers, and ensure the SwiftPAL program runs smoothly with strong on-ground collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, 1–3 years in education or field programs, and comfort with basic data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in education, teaching, or field program implementation preferred.
• Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC or laptop.
• Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to assigned schools to observe and monitor device usage.
• Track student engagement levels during SwiftPAL sessions and ensure active participation.
• Ensure SwiftPAL is implemented consistently across classrooms as per guidelines.
• Track and document learning outcomes to assess program effectiveness on the ground.
• Provide hands-on support to teachers in using SwiftPAL tools and resources.
• Identify and flag operational issues (technical, logistical, or process-related).
• Maintain field visit logs and share daily updates/reports with district/state teams.

• Conduct daily visits to assigned schools to observe and monitor device usage.

• Teacher Support & Issue Resolution
• Provide hands-on support to teachers in using SwiftPAL tools and resources effectively.
• Identify and flag any operational issues (technical, logistical, or process-related) that may hinder smooth implementation.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date field visit logs for every school visited.
• Share daily updates and reports with the district/state team to ensure visibility on ground-level progress and challenges.
