Job summary

DP World in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to supervise inbound/outbound activities, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with shifts and staff. The role emphasizes compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer SLA adherence.

The candidate should have 3–6 years' experience in warehouse or contract logistics, and hold a Bachelor’s degree or a related diploma/certificate. WMS/ERP familiarity and 3PL exposure are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution as per customer requirements.
• Monitor operational workflows to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper material handling practices.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and escape issues when required.
• Update inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Support manpower planning and shift execution.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.
• Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Support warehouse audits and compliance activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
• Track operational performance metrics and highlight improvement areas.
