Job summary

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd invites experienced professionals to join our civil estimation, procurement and contract management team in Kerala. You will oversee PR reviews, coordinate with engineering and business units, and prepare tender documents for prequalified bidders.

The role requires strong MIS skills, familiarity with SAP/ERP and Ariba, and the ability to negotiate terms and conditions. You will interact with multiple departments to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years in civil estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Basic understanding of contracting and taxation.
• MIS preparation; experience with SAP/ERP and Ariba is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review PRs, identify requirements and take action.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirement details.
• Consolidate common requirements after PR review.
• Prepare inquiry/tender documents and circulate to prequalified bidders.
• Coordinate with end users for vendor queries and responses.
• Prepare comparative rates, terms and conditions.
• Conduct techno-commercial negotiations.
• Prepare NFA and LOA/PO after NFA approval.
• Coordinate with airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interact with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Finance & HR, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for package needs.

Responsibilities

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Techno-commercial negotiations
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements

Qualifications

• B.E. /B. Tech .
• 5-10 years functional role, having experience of working for Civil related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
