Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking a senior procurement professional to drive civil estimation, procurement and contract management across package-specific requirements. You will coordinate with engineering, estimation, and finance teams and manage vendor interactions from inquiry through PO issuance.

The role requires 8–10 years in a similar function with MIS preparation and familiarity with SAP/ERP and Ariba. This position involves cross-functional collaboration within a large utility organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in a functional role with Civil estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Basic understanding of contracting, taxation, etc.
• MIS preparation and experience with SAP/ERP/Ariba would be preferred

Responsibilities

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
