Job summary

Adani Group in India is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage CAPEX tendering, bid evaluation, and finalization of contracts for airport related projects. You will review PRs, coordinate with engineering and business teams, and prepare inquiries and tender documents for prequalified bidders.

Responsibilities include techno-commercial negotiations, issuing NFA and LOA/PO after NFA approval, and ensuring alignment with finance, tax, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in a functional role for civil related estimation, procurement and contract management.
• Basic understanding of contracting and taxation.
• MIS preparation and experience with SAP/ERP systems; Ariba preferred.

• Prepare NFA; LOA/PO after NFA approval; coordinate with airport Techno Commercial Team.

Purpose/Objective

• Procurement of goods and services for Airport Capex projects - Tender Document preparation, Evaluate Bids, Techno-commercial Negotiations & finalization of Contracts related to CAPEX projects, design consultancies, Interior & finishing project

Key Responsibilities of Role

• - PR review, identify the requirement and action the same - Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements - Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR - Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.


• - Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors - Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition - Techno-commercial negotiations - Preparation of NFA - Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval - Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.


• - Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements - MIS

Technical Competencies
