Job description

Job Summary

Associate Manager – People Capability Operations for the People Capability Ops Team in Chennai. The role involves managing e‑learning development and deployment across the bank, building interactive e‑learning content, coordinating with onsite teams and clients, and ensuring high standards of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage e‑learning development and deployment across the bank.
  • Build interactive e‑learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, ready‑reckoners using tools such as Articulate 360, Lectora, Canva, and similar.
  • Code custom features and interactive elements, ensuring LMS‑compatible frameworks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Design visually appealing user interfaces, graphics, animations, layouts, web pages, banners, and flyers with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams and clients on project discussions and coordination.
  • Maintain platform, undertake Saba deployment, and support People & Talent processes.
  • Uphold the group’s values and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–6 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, report preparation).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Lectora Inspire, and other interactive e‑learning tools.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong communication and video creation/editing skills.

  • Any degree (B.E./B.Tech. preferred).
