Job summary

Standard Chartered India is seeking an Associate Manager-People Capability Operations to lead and delivery Group Learning Projects in our Bangalore-based People Capability Ops Team. The role supports ILT, VILT and e-learning development and deployments, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of L&D experience, strong English communication, stakeholder management and hands-on expertise in MS Excel, Power BI, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Education: Any degree; B.E./BTech preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel with advanced formulas and dashboards.
• Experience with Learning Management System platforms (LMS).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Group Learning Projects and manage end-to-end programs.
• Assist in classroom delivery (ILT and VILT) and e-learning development and deployments.
• Coordinate with Group Learning People Capability and country teams.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel and Power BI.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for Associate Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will manage delivery of Group Learning Projects and assist classroom (both ILT and VILT) and e-learning development and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent English communication & business writing skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience in managing projects and its overall deliverables
• Good in analytical skills
• Good experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent hands‑on working knowledge in MS‑Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, Power BI, preparation of dashboards and reports etc)
• Good hands‑on experience in MS‑PPT and have made presentation to senior stakeholders
• High energy person and self‑starter, who can work with minimal supervision
• Has an eye for detail
• Prior experience in providing operational support to learning programmes in previous organizations
• Hands‑on experience in any LMS platform
