Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Manager‑People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Chennai. The incumbent will manage the delivery of e‑learning development and deployments for the bank, administered by the GPS People Capability Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in e‑learning development and deployments.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to enable end‑to‑end seamless delivery of ILT, VILT, digital and e‑learning deployments.
- Responsible for turnaround time, quality and meeting the SLA for the projects/deliverables managed.
- Gather requirements for new programmes and develop an effective project plan after analysing different approaches with the platform team, providing the best possible process to deliver the project.
- Continuously look for process improvements and simplifications.
- Prepare dashboards and reports and present them to stakeholders.

- Embed the highest standards of ethics and compliance across Standard Chartered Bank, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience
- LMS and e‑Learning development tools such as Articulate, Lectora, HTML and any LMS.
- Msoffice, Ms‑Excel (specific use of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, report preparation).
- Stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High energy, detail oriented and appetite for taking on additional responsibilities.
- 7‑8 years of experience including project management.

Education
- Any Degree (B.E./B‑Tech preferred)
