Job summary

GMR Airports Infrastructure in India seeks a Learning & Development content specialist to create and manage digital learning content across online platforms using PowerPoint, Adobe, and other tools.

You will curate content from articles, videos, books, and research, develop summaries, presentations, and learning resources, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of virtual and classroom programs. The role requires organizing content calendars, tracking engagement, and producing MIS reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Create and manage digital learning content across online learning platforms using tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe, and other content development applications.
• Curate, author, and aggregate learning content from various sources including articles, videos, books, journals, and research publications.
• Develop book summaries, concept notes, presentations, interview scripts, surveys, and learning resources.
• Conduct regular research to identify and update relevant content on family business, leadership, and entrepreneurship topics.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of learning materials, videos, expert insights, and awareness campaigns.
• Design communication materials, mailers, and content marketing campaigns to drive learner engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of virtual and classroom learning programs, including registrations, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and session moderation.
• Support the planning and execution of symposiums, webinars, expert talks, and leadership interviews.
• Monitor content performance, learner engagement, website traffic, and viewership metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports related to learning initiatives and content utilization.
• Maintain and organize digital content repositories and learning databases.
• Assist in annual planning, strategic initiative tracking, and project coordination for the Learning & Development function.
• Coordinate with external speakers, researchers, consultants, authors, and knowledge partners.
• Manage vendor coordination, invoice processing, and timely payment follow-ups.
• Handle learning-related queries and correspondence through official communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives.
