Job summary

GMR Airports Infrastructure seeks a Learning & Development Content Specialist to create and manage digital learning content, including e-learning modules, AV materials, and presentations. You will curate authoritative content from industry sources and conduct daily research to keep content fresh on digital platforms.

You will develop newsletters, webinars, and expert sessions, while preparing summaries, surveys, and scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating digital learning content across e-learning modules, audio-visual, and presentations.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, content curation, and MIS reporting for learning programs.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and update learning content from articles, journals, and industry publications.

• Prepare MIS dashboards and analytics on content usage and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital learning content, including e-learning modules, audio-visual content, presentations, and learning resources.
• Curate, aggregate, and publish relevant content from articles, journals, books, videos, and industry publications related to Family Business and leadership.
• Conduct daily research to identify, evaluate, and update content for digital learning platforms.
• Develop content for newsletters, expert corner, thought leadership initiatives, webinars, and awareness programs.
• Prepare book summaries, concept notes, interview scripts, surveys, questionnaires, and presentation materials.
• Support content mapping, content categorization, and enhancement of user learning experience across digital platforms.
• Plan and execute online and offline learning programs, workshops, symposiums, and expert interaction sessions.
• Manage end-to-end program coordination, including communication, invitations, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and session moderation.
• Design and circulate marketing collaterals, emailers, and promotional content to drive learner engagement.
• Coordinate video interviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics related to content usage, participant engagement, and learning effectiveness.
• Track digital platform traffic, content performance, and viewer engagement metrics.
• Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation and monitor progress of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payment processing, and related administrative activities.
• Manage learning-related email communication and stakeholder queries.
• Maintain and organize digital content repositories, knowledge databases, and learning assets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, researchers, authors, speakers, consultants, and subject matter experts to develop and enhance learning content.
