Job summary

GMR Airports Infrastructure invites applications for a Civil & Interior Finishes role focused on hotels. You will review design and supervise execution of civil and interior finishing works, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery within budget.

You will lead the main contractor and project team, resolve clashes promptly, and enforce project controls, including monitoring and documentation.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS B.Tech/BE - Civil.
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Minimum 8 year experience of working on building Projects esp Hotels. Minimum 5 years should be in Finishes and Interior works.

Responsibilities

• Design review and execution of Civil and Interior finishes works for Hotels in coordination with other stakeholders and ensuring implementation of the same with highest safety & quality standards within specified timelines and cost.
• Contractor or Vendor Management Provide Leadership to the Main Contractor ,perform as per the project plans both in terms of Time and Budget. Guide construction team to achieve required result, ensuring all the clashes are resolved in time and there is no delay to Construction. Provide leadership in proper Monitoring of Project and deploy strong review mechanism as per project manual
• Change Management / Value Engineering / Contract Management Guide team to develop value engineering proposals. Guide team to ensure all project interfaces wrt engineering, procurement and construction is resolved with Operations and Maintenance Departments. Provide leadership in developing project phasing.
• Documentation Management Ensuring a strong documentation mechanism so that all project data is available in a click of button.
• Safety, Quality and Environment Following and ensuring follow-up of the set safety, quality and environment standards.
