Black And White Business Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Manager to handle customer queries via email related to investments, products, and services, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in line with process guidelines.

The position requires 2 years of US voice process CSR experience, excellent English communication, strong typing, and knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, and stocks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries related to investments, products, and services via email.
• Manage multiple customer email tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations as per the escalation matrix.
• Maintain SLA adherence and ensure there are no email backlogs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
• Gather customer feedback and share inputs for process improvement.
• Support calls and chat when required.

Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience in US Voice Process Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Must Have Skills:
