Umanist NA in Bangalore is seeking a Customer Service Associate for US Voice Process to handle inbound calls from US customers. You will deliver accurate information, follow processes, and update servicing systems.

The role requires strong English communication, 1+ year experience in inbound voice, and call center background. This is a full-time, work-from-office position with fixed shifts and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of English voice process experience.
• Call center/BPO experience is mandatory.
• Inbound voice experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Graduate preferred.
• Mortgage/loan servicing experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• US geography experience is preferred, but candidates without US experience may be considered if communication skills are strong.

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Cab Facility: Pickup & Drop Provided
