The Candidate Engagement Specialist supports applicantflow analysis and recruiting funnel reporting across divisions. The rolegathers application and recruiting data from approved source systems,develops recurring and ad-hoc analyses, identifies significant performancevariances and emerging best practices, and packages findings into weeklyapplicant flow reports and Monthly Operating Review (MOR) materials.
This position works closely with the Candidate Engagementteam, the US Retained Team, enablement partners, and other stakeholders. TheCandidate Engagement Specialist builds the underlying analysis and reporting,while the US Retained Team reviews the outputs, adds business context, andpresents findings to leadership. Success requires strong analytical skills,attention to detail, clear communication, curiosity, and an eagerness tolearn the recruitment marketing and talent acquisition space.
Responsibilities:
Applicant FlowAnalysis & Reporting
- · Gather application volume and recruitingfunnel data from approved source systems.
- · Create pivot tables, custom reports,dashboards, and role-specific PowerPoint presentations.
- · Build and maintain the weekly applicant flowperformance report and support development of Monthly Operating Reviewmaterials.
- · Analyze performance across divisions andidentify significant variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- · Highlight divisions demonstrating strongperformance and surface emerging best practices for further study andpotential scaling.
StakeholderCollaboration & Communication
- · Collaborate with the US Retained Team toensure analyses are complete, accurate, and ready for contextual review andleadership presentation.
- · Partner with the enablement team andparticipate in review meetings to explain findings, clarify methodology, andsupport follow-up actions.
- · Communicate reporting status, key findings,and data-quality concerns clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- · Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requestswith appropriate prioritization, accuracy, and follow-through.
Data Quality &Process Improvement
- · Validate data inputs and maintain consistentreporting definitions, documentation, and quality-control practices.
- · Identify opportunities to improve datagathering, analysis, reporting, and presentation processes.
- · Maintain organized files and reportingmaterials and handle confidential candidate, employee, and businessinformation appropriately.
Education& Experience:
- · Bachelor's degree required.
- · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience incandidate engagement, talent acquisition operations, recruiting analytics,recruitment marketing, data analysis, or a closely related field.
- · Experience gathering, organizing, andanalyzing data and preparing recurring reports or presentations.
- · Experience working in a fast-paced environmentwith multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests.
Must HaveSkills
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, includingpivot tables, data organization, and custom reporting.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and theability to create clear, business-ready presentation materials.
- · Working knowledge of Power BI or comparablebusiness intelligence and reporting tools.
- · Working knowledge of GHR, HR Insights,applicant tracking systems, and Talemetry or comparable candidaterelationship management platforms.
- · Ability to analyze application volume andrecruiting funnel performance and identify meaningful variances and trends.
- · Strong written and verbal communicationskills, including the ability to explain findings clearly to team members andstakeholders.
- · Strong attention to detail, organizationalskills, data-quality orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
