The Recruiter supports high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for defined roles within the HOS and/or ILOB lines of business. This role manages day-to-day recruiting activities across assigned requisitions, including application review, candidate screening and disposition, interview scheduling, offer creation, and applicant tracking system documentation.
The Recruiter partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain candidate flow, meet established service expectations, and deliver a timely, consistent candidate experience. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, process discipline, sound prioritization, and the ability to manage a high volume of activity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Requisition Management
- · Manage assigned high-volume requisitions from intake and posting through candidate selection, offer extension, and closure.
- · Maintain accurate and timely requisition, candidate, and activity information in the applicant tracking system.
- · Prioritize daily recruiting activity based on hiring demand, aging, service-level expectations, and direction from the Supervisor.
- · Review applications and resumes against established job qualifications and selection criteria.
- · Identify qualified candidates for hiring manager review and screening while maintaining appropriate candidate throughput.
- · Disposition candidates who do not meet requirements in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
- · Monitor candidate pipelines, identify gaps or delays, and escalates delivery risks or barriers to the Supervisor.
Interview Coordination & Offer Administration
- · Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other interview participants.
- · Communicate interview details, next steps, and status updates clearly and professionally to candidates and stakeholders.
- · Create and process offers using approved compensation guidelines, templates, approval workflows, and documentation requirements.
- · Support timely offer extension and candidate follow-up through acceptance or final disposition.
Reporting, Process & Compliance
- · Provide recruiting activity, pipeline, and performance data to the Supervisor as requested.
- · Adhere to standardized recruitment processes, governing guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and approved hiring practices.
- · Maintain complete and accurate documentation and support audits, reporting, and process-improvement activities as needed.
Education & Experience:
- · Bachelor's degree required.
- · One to two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
- · Experience managing recruiting activities, candidate workflows, or requisition-based work in a deadline-driven environment.
- · Experience using an applicant tracking system or comparable workflow technology.
