The Sourcing Associate supports US recruiting and sourcingteams by mining candidate databases, identifying qualified talent, andbuilding organized talent pools of viable, interested candidates. The roleuses the applicant tracking system, candidate relationship managementplatform, Job Recommender System, and other approved sourcing tools toidentify candidates, maintain accurate records, and prepare curated candidateslates that enable recruiters and sourcers to focus voice outreach on warm,filtered leads.
The Sourcing Associate is responsible for completingassigned database-mining activities, organizing candidates into appropriatepools and CRM folders, sending approved candidate communications, andproviding timely, accurate candidate lists to recruiting partners. Responsibilities:
CandidateIdentification & Database Mining
- Mine the applicant tracking system andcandidate relationship management database using the Job Recommender Systemand other approved sourcing tools.
- Identify potentially qualified candidatesbased on defined role requirements, available profile data, prior applicantactivity, and sourcing criteria.
- Add new candidates to the database andmaintain accurate, complete, and timely candidate records.
Talent Pool &Candidate Slate Management
- Organize qualified candidates and maintaintalent pools aligned to priority roles, divisions, and hiring needs.
- Build slates of passive sourced candidates indesignated CRM folders and provide candidate lists to recruiters andsourcers.
- Review assigned candidate lists for relevance,duplication, completeness, and readiness before handoff.
- Send approved communications to qualifiedcandidates to gauge interest and connect responsive candidates withrecruiters.
- Filter and prepare warm leads so US recruitersand sourcers can prioritize high-value voice outreach.
- Track candidate responses and update candidatestatus, notes, and disposition information in the appropriate systems.
- Complete assigned sourcing activitiesaccurately and within established productivity, quality, and turnaroundexpectations.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager,recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment technology partners to clarifypriorities and resolve data or workflow issues.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching,training, and process-improvement activities.
- Respond to routine requests and elevate candidate, system, quality, or delivery concerns appropriately.
- Protect confidential candidate, employee, andbusiness information and follow approved recruitment processes anddocumentation standards.
Education& Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Zero to one year of experience in TalentAcquisition, sourcing, recruiting operations, recruitment technology,customer service, data administration, or a related field.
- Internship, academic, project, or entry-levelexperience involving research, database work, candidate engagement, oradministrative support may be considered.
Must HaveSkills
- Basic proficiency with applicant trackingsystems and candidate relationship management platforms, or the ability tolearn these systems quickly.
- Ability to use or learn the Job RecommenderSystem and Talemetry or comparable candidate-matching and recruitmenttechnology tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to use Power BI reports andvendor-specific sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, with training andguidance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintain accurate candidate data and organized talent pools.
- Ability to review candidate profiles, followdefined qualification criteria, and prepare relevant candidate lists.
- Clear written and verbal communication skillsfor interacting with candidates, recruiters, sourcers, and team members.
- Strong organization, time management,follow-through, and ability to manage recurring tasks and changingpriorities.
