Job summary

Hubbell India is seeking graduates with strong communication skills to join the customer service team. You will support routine inquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creation, price resolutions and other customer service activities, ensuring timely responses and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good communication, computer and analytical skills.
• Experience with customer service through chat and emails is preferred.
• Desirable familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and order management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement.
• Respond to customer enquiries, enter orders, manage changes and fulfill requirements.
• Be flexible to support night shifts and collaborate to meet KPIs.
• Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality and quick turnaround times.

Job description

We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team's routine, ad hoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions other customer service activities

A Day In The Life

• Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
• Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
• Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
• Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
• Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
• Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries

• Excellent Communication skills, good computer skills, Analytical skills, experience in Chat and Customer services through emails, Desirable if they have SAP, Salesforce and order management experience.
